Do you love bicycles and enjoy helping others?

The Columbus Bike Co-op is looking for a part-time Assistant Shop Manager to help support our shop, volunteers, and customers.

This position averages 6–8 hours per week, with most hours during our regular open shop times on Tuesday evenings and Sunday afternoons.

As Assistant Shop Manager, you'll:

  • Help customers find the right bike and accessories

  • Assist volunteers with repairs and bike builds

  • Work on donated bicycles for resale and Earn-a-Bike

  • Help keep the shop organized and running smoothly

  • Support community events and volunteer days as needed

We're looking for someone with bicycle repair experience, good customer service skills, and a passion for making bicycling more accessible in our community.

The Columbus Bike Co-op is powered by people who believe bicycles can change lives. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. Apply through indeed (linked below) or email info@bikeco-op.org with your resume and your response to these questions:

  • Why do you want to work for the Columbus Bike Co-op?

  • What experience do you have working on bicycles?

If this isn't the right opportunity for you, we'd appreciate you sharing it with someone who might be interested.
