We’re happy to announce that we’re hiring! We’re looking for two passionate people to help keep the Bike Co-op’s wheels turning. If you’re interested in bicycles, want to help us make bicycling an accessible and sustainable means of transportation and recreation for all residents of Bartholomew County, and are available during most (or all) of our typical open hours (5:30-8pm 2-3 evenings a week and Sunday afternoons 2-5pm), then read on for more information about our open positions: Shop Manager and Volunteer Coordinator.
Shop Manager (10-15 hours/week) – Do you have good mechanical skills and a desire to teach/train others? Do you have great customer service and organization skills? If so, then you may be the right candidate for our Shop Manager position.
Volunteer Coordinator (10 hours/week) – Do you enjoy working with people? Do you have good computer skills? Are you good at recruiting and coordinating people? Would you like to help us expand our network of volunteers? If so, then you may be our next Volunteer Coordinator!
